Flooded with Memories
We found this photo in the wake of my grandfather’s death, of my uncle and mother atop my grandparents’ shoulders.
It flooded me with memories of how much they imparted. An artist, musician, ad man and outdoor lover.
I see my grandfather mirrored in me and in that way, he’ll always be with me.
